Highland Village offers a variety of speciality shops, stocked with the full range of Baxters and Audrey Baxter food products, as well as many other Scottish and international food products, many sourced locally in Speyside. Our shops also offer gins, whiskies, craft beers, speciality foods, clothing, cookware and gifts. A trip to Baxters wouldn't be complete without a visit to one of our restaurants, where delicious home cooked Scottish fayre is served, including Baxters famous soups, and our famous pancakes which are served fresh from the griddle.
