A fine peak rising significantly above the flat lands of Rannoch Moor to the north.
This mountain when seen from the north is steep and rugged, but changes aspect on its southerly flanks. It has two summits that loosely form a saddle; the north being the highest. The mountain is best approached from Achaladair farm to the north.
