A small unobtrusive hill that sits above Braemar Castle, albeit on the north bank of the river Dee.
This small heathery hill is essentially a foothill to Beinn a’ Bhuirdh, but gives good views over Braemar and the river Dee. The best approach is from Invercauld Bridge to the east of Braemar.
