Dunrobin Castle, Garden and Museum

Dunrobin Castle, Garden and Museum
This ancient seat of the Dukes and Earls of Sutherland is the largest house in the Scottish Highlands.
The largest house in the Scottish Highlands, Dunrobin incorporates a 13th Century keep hidden from view by a series of later additions. The house was completely remodelled in the 1840s by Sir Charles Barry, the architect who had designed the House of Parliament in London. The principal rooms, some with great views out over the gardens to the sea, include a superb drawing room, a great library, the Duke’s study, bedrooms and kitchens.
