Cranstackie 801m (2628ft)
A fine aptly named peak with a rocky summit twinned with Beinn Spionnaidh.
This fine peak is joined to its twin Beinn Spionnaidh by a defined ridge. It gives great views to the Pentland Firth and Foinaven to the south. A Dehavilland Mosquito crashed into the summit in 1943 spilling wreckage down the mountain which can still be seen today. The best approach is from Rhigolter farm in the west.
