Scottish Parliament Building

One of Edinburgh's outstanding modern buildings, the Scottish Parliament was designed by Spanish architect Enric Miralles.  Sadly he did not live to see the work completed as he died in 2000 leaving his wife to oversee the project. The Parliament building opened in October 2004.
