St Andrews House

Built on the former site of Calton Jail, St Andrews House was completed in 1939.

Built on the former site of Calton Jail, St Andrews House was completed in 1939. Originally it was the home of the Scottish Office and the office of the Secretary of State for Scotland. Following the Scotland Act of 1998 it now accommodates part of the Scottish Government including the office of the First Minister for Scotland.
