This route covers 79 miles (127km) in total and starts at Fort William in the north of Scotland and finishes in Inverness. It takes in two of the most iconic sites in Scotland, Ben Nevis and Loch Ness. This route is ideal for beginners, as it is mostly low level walking, but more experienced walkers can divert slightly off route to a climb the nearby Munro or Corbett mountains.
