An extremely rugged hill with a 'bald' rounded summit, hence the nam Calum's bald hill.
This rugged hill sits off the south ridge of Bidean nam Bian and is therefore overshadowed . It is generally approached from Geln Etive in the south to avoid steep craggy sections.
