The somewhat hidden, but beautifully tapering peak is the highest point of the extensive Mamores ridge.
This slender peak is the highest and possibly the finest on the Mamore ridge – a well-known ridge amongst ardent hillwalkers that incorporates 11 Munros. It sits near the eastern end and is hard to view. The best access is from the road head at Glen Nevis, starting with a beautiful walk through a gorge to an open meadow. A number of other Munros can be included in a circuit with this peak. The views are superb and the mighty Ben Nevis to the North looks majestic.
