Grey Mare's Tail Waterfall

This superb waterfall with the a 50 metre cascade in a narrow tree line gorge is reached by a fairly steep waymarked path from the car park next to St Paul’s Church, Kinlochleven. A visit to the waterfall can be combined with a longer circular walk past Mamore Lodge with splendid views over Loch Leven. The cliffs beside the waterfall are the site of Scotland’s first via ferrata.
