Gulvain 987m (3238ft)
An isolated, secluded and steep-sided mountain that has quite a defined summit ridge between its two tops.
This mountain is lost in amongst the wild landscape between Loch Eil and Loch Arkaig. There are very few viewpoints of the mountain, although the mountain itself gives great views as it is quite isolated from other mountains nearby. The best approach is from the south, where a track leaves the Fort William – Mallaig road half a mile west of the west end of Loch Eil.
