Stob Choire Claurigh 1177m (3862ft)
A substantial peak sitting high on the east end of the much lauded Grey Corries ridge.
This is the highest point of the Grey Corries, it’s a fine peak that sits on the east end of a long chain of peaks. These hills are intermittently coated with grey scree from which they have acquired their name. The best access to the mountain is from the village of Spean Bridge to the north, where the north ridge can be accessed. The view westwards along the grey spine of these peaks to the Aonachs and Ben Nevis is fantastic.
