Am Basteir 934m (3064ft)

Am Basteir 934m (3064ft)
A ferocious looking blade of rock perched on the main Cuillin ridge.
This rocky peak also has a 30m high rocky tooth emanating out of the side of it called the Basteir Tooth. The north face is vertical rock and the south face is incredibly steep, so the ridge to the summit is extremely exposed. The best access is from the north to reach the Bealach a’ Bhasteir followed by an exposed scramble to the summit.
