The highest peak in the Cuillin is a tapering spire or rock that pierces the sky.

This superb mountain is the highest on the Cuillin ridge and undoubtedly has the best views. It is named after Sheriff Alexander Nicholson who was the first person to reach the summit in 1873. The best access is possibly up the great stone shoot to the north. It’s atmospheric to say the least.
