The central and highest peak of the Five Sisters of Kintail rises superbly above Glen Shiel.
A supremely elegant peak with a long south ridge that rises unhindered to the summit of its pyramidal shaped peak. It is the highest point of an 8 mile long ridge which stretches from the sea shore at Loch Duich all the way to the Cluanie Inn, which incorporates the well-known and long admired Five sisters of Kintail. The peak is best climbed by crossing the river Shiel one mile east of Shiel Bridge and ascending the long south ridge.
